You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s). 
We only accept return for items new, unused with brand and security tags attached (and protective adhesive strip for swimwear). 
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. 
  
Follow these steps to return your purchase: 

1. Contact us by email to receive a return authorization 
2. Fulfill the return form included in your package.
3. Choose a return option : 
   • Credit for a coupon on our online store
   • Refund
   • Exchange to get a new size or color
4. Send back the package with the carrier of your choice. We advise you to have a tracking number when sending back an item, we can’t be responsible for a package lost.

We offer second shipping in case of exchange. However, possible taxes and duties are in charge of the customer. Exchanges are subject to quantities availability. 

You can choose to be refunded on the credit card used for the payment, on your bank account or with a voucher available 3 months on the website. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For countries outside EU, we don’t refund customs duties but you may be recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Refunds take maximum 3 working days from the moment we received your package but it can take 10 working days for you to receive the money on your card or bank account, depending on your bank.
