You have 14 days from the reception of your order to exchange or return your item(s). 
We only accept return for items new, unused with brand and security tags attached (and protective adhesive strip for swimwear). 
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 
  
If you notice a defect on a item within 30 days from the reception of your order, please contact shop@fillesapapa.com to request a refund or exchange. 
Items sent back without authorization may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. 
  
Follow these steps to return your purchase: 

  1. Log in to your account and click on the RETURN tab, at the right of the page. 
  2. Insert your email address and order number to lookup on the items of your order. 
  3. Create a return by clicking on the caddie logo. 
  4. You have to filled in the type of your return wished:
    • Credit if you’d like to get a coupon available on our online store
    • Refund to be refunded on your credit card or bank account
    • Exchange to get a new size or color, or if you have a defective items.
  1. We ask you to indicate the quantity you wish to send back as well as the return reason. 
  2. Into the customer notes box, you can make any remarks but also let us know the new size or color in case of exchange, or your bank account in case of refund. 
    You can attach an image if you think it’s necessary. If you return an item because of a defect, a picture is mandatory. 

Return shipping costs are at your charge. 
We advise that items returned to us should be sent with a tracking number.

You will receive an email with all the indication requested for the shipping back. 
  
We ask you to note the return number clearly on the package.

  • EXCHANGE
  • We offer second shipping in case of exchange. However, possible taxes and duties are in charge of the customer. Exchanges are subject to quantities availability. 

  • REFUND
  • You can choose to be refunded on the credit card used for the payment, on your bank account or with a voucher available 3 months on the website. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For countries outside EU, we don’t refund customs duties but you may be recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Refunds take maximum 3 working days from the moment we received your package but it can take 10 working days for you to receive the money on your card or bank account, depending on your bank.
